- Book:Any physical or electronic copy of a publication available for borrowing through the library management system.
- Borrowing Record:A record of a user's request to borrow a book from the library.
- Library:The entity providing the library management system and services.
Basic Terms
The following basic terms apply to all users of the library management system:
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when registering and using the library management system.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- All borrowing requests and records must be made through the official library management system.
- Users are prohibited from using the library management system for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Borrowing Terms
By submitting a borrowing request, users agree to the following terms:
- Users must ensure that all required fields in the borrowing request form are completed accurately.
- Books are subject to availability. The library reserves the right to approve or deny borrowing requests based on the availability of books and user borrowing history.
- Users are allowed to borrow up to a maximum of five books at a time. Requests exceeding this limit will be denied until the user returns some borrowed books.
- The borrowing period for books is determined by the library and will be communicated to the user upon approval of the borrowing request.
- Users are responsible for returning borrowed books by the due date. Failure to return books on time may result in penalties or restrictions on future borrowing.
User Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to users of the library management system:
- Users who are banned or have a history of violating library policies will not be allowed to borrow books.
- Users cannot borrow multiple copies of the same book unless explicitly allowed by the library.
- Users must not alter or damage any book borrowed from the library. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately.

The library will use the provided contact information to communicate with users regarding their borrowing requests and other relevant information. Users are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
Rights & Restrictions
The library management system grants users certain rights and imposes specific restrictions:
- Members must be at least 18 years of age to use the library management system.
- Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access the library’s services.
- The library reserves the right to modify or terminate its services at any time without prior notice.
- The library is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the library management system.
